The location is the advantage.
West Texas and ERCOT offer one of the most developer-friendly environments in the country. Permitting moves, approvals are straightforward, and there are few residential constraints blocking development.
Cormint has been here for years. Our team lives and works in these communities. The land, the relationships, and the interconnection position were built before the competition arrived. The conditions to build at scale exist here. We're already operating in them.
Fort Blocks.
130 MW energized and operating in West Texas, with a pathway to 558MW. 640 acres controlled and ready for expansion. Purpose built for compute at institutional scale.
Explore the process →Not just connected to the grid. Adding to it.
Adjacent gas pipelines, land control, and deep expertise in power generation position Cormint to develop behind-the-meter generation capacity. Few operators are in a position to pursue it. We are.
The next site is already underway.
Bobcat is Cormint's second site. Located on 67 acres with the option to expand near Orange Grove, Texas, in ERCOT's Load Zone South, the site has a permitted capacity of 58 MW. Construction is now in flight with High voltage infrastructure due to complete in Q4 2026. With proximity to long-haul fiber networks and Corpus Christi the site is attractively located for AI/HPC workloads.
